Try being less introspective directeur. Engage other people in conversation whether you feel like you have something to say or not. directeur, don't worry about being completely immersed... It shouldn't be another job (unless you're making a living off of it). It's a way to communicate with people because you ENJOY it... if you aren't enjoying it then something needs to change in your approach. No one is keeping score. I don't care about "popularity" neither, I'm actually for "value" not "popularity", and that's why I'm spending my spare time on working on stuff like APML and personal relevancy things...
