"What's the fun in that?! It would be like playing scrabble with a kickass dictionary application that can find the longest word possible with your letters. I shouldn't have to explain why guessing incorrectly is part of the fun to the man who wrote the blog post, "HOW TO FAIL!!!" ;)"

"My guesses improve proportional to the prizes offered. We're talking genius answers if there's a Tesla car or something! Oh and also Ethan should also ban googling :)"

ah ha! i only heard it was directed by the fight club guy - hadn't heard it was written by roth. dang...well, i had the sense throughout that this story *could* have been well-translated into film. great concept though (and great cast).

Maybe the old distribution model is dead for small publications...what about a Threadless-style or made-to-order model so that magazines are pre-purchased with no risk of over-printing?

I've been enjoying site v4 of collage and type artist Eduardo Recife. Being a sucker for both antiqued type and this style of vintage prints combined with illustration, I love him! Check out the free fonts...

My friend Taylor was looking for a way to get an RSS feed of a specific set of FriendFeed users' comments and likes. Here's one solution that works pretty well using Yahoo! Pipes. It just combines the atom feeds for users' discussion pages (likes + comments) into one feed. Click "edit source" to customize your own feed inputs. Ta-da! - Bryan Landers

I've used Pipes for a couple things, pretty cool and powerful, yet I've only scratched the surface. - Taylor Davidson
