@eric...perhaps. but if you mouseover some of the RSS badges, the sites being aggregated are things like "bruteforceSEO", "cheapHondaGenerators", "easydigitalsales"...etc. Maybe not spam, perhaps he's just aggregating a bunch of sites that tend to be spammy in nature...perhaps he's doing research. or, as @mattie surmises, maybe it's a hacked account. he's sure not life-streaming. to each his own i suppose. - .LAG [36min 24sec ago]

Sounds like one of those guys that read a book mentioning that FF can drive traffic to your site, so he joined and added all his gazillion ad filled "niche splogs". Kind of like the people that share every post they make on twitter, GR, digg, facebook, and everywhere else and has nobody subscribed to them, thinking the more they do it the more links they have and the higher their PR will be and more traffic google will send them.
